Gone Before You Noticed

I used to be the fastest wolf in the territory. Then I fell, and my legs never woke up — and neither did anyone's patience for me. Three years in a wheelchair, three years of rage and grief and making everyone around me pay for it. My mate stopped coming home. My son stopped looking at me. My brother locked his gate.
