My Mate Chased Me After I Left Him

A friend request notification popped up along with a bank statement. My heart skipped a beat—it showed Alpha Jake transferring a huge amount of money to that same woman who sent the request. The note attached read, “Did you see the bank statement?”

I opened it immediately, my hands trembling at the discovery. I rubbed my belly gently as I accepted the friend request. The woman in the profile photo was... my best friend.

Before I could even process the shock, another notification appeared. Ignoring her posts had been my coping mechanism, but now I couldn't look away.
