The Queen No Alpha Can Command

"Kneel."

Two hundred wolves knelt when their Alpha gave the command.

Elara Voss did not.

Minutes earlier, Kael Thornwood had found his mate - and rejected her in front of the entire Silvercrest Pack. "I need a Luna who can shift," he said. "Not a wolfless Omega who will shame this pack."

A wolfless Omega does not resist an Alpha's Command. A wolfless Omega does not cut the mate bond herself, renounce her pack, and walk into exile on her own feet.

Elara did all three - and in the Borderlands, hunted by her own pack and left to die, her wolf finally woke.
